My name is Amber Misner, I am a 22 year old student who also works full time managing my family’s business. I grew up living in a relatively small town in Ontario, as a child my free time consisted of spending time with my siblings, riding horses, and going out on deliveries with my dad.

As I got older I began taking steps to become more involved in my family’s business, through this I have been able to see the importance of small business in my community. This passion for my family business and my community is what drives me to write my articles. I hope to give you, the reader, insight into how small businesses keep communities together and the importance of choosing to shop locally.
